Students: “to be eligible to attend or participate in school extra-curricular activities, students must  meet eligibility requirements, be in good disciplinary standing, and be in attendance and participating in all scheduled classes on the day of the activity.”  This is directly from the handbook.

The updated version provides the Science assessment data for our 4th, 8th & 10th grade students and includes a statewide comparison. BRISTOL BAY BOROUGH SCHOOL DISTRICT ANNOUNCES
CHILD FIND SCREENING will continue to be available for children ages 3-21 years old.

The Child Find Screening is intended to identify problems which may impede a child's natural growth and development, and help determine the education needs of children with disabilities.  Areas of screening will include vision and hearing, gross and fine motor skills, speech and language and developmental levels.

Types of disabilities that qualify as a disabling condition:
Autism  Deafness  Deaf-Blindness  Early Childhood Developmental Delay  Emotional Disturbance  Hearing Impairment  Specific Learning Disability  Mental Retardation  Multiple Disabilities  Orthopedic Impairment  Other Health Impairment  Speech or Language Impairment  Traumatic Brain Injury  Visual Impairment

Some of the possible services available to children with special needs are:
Individualized Education Programs, Specialized Instruction, Specially Trained Teachers, Consultations with Specialists
